GB/T 36271的本部分規(guī)定了標稱電壓1 kV以上交流系統(tǒng)中電力設施設計與安裝要求,以保障投運設施的安全和正常運行。本部分的電力設施包括:a) 變電站,包括鐵路供電變電站。b) 柱上、電線桿、桿塔上的電力設施:位于封閉的電氣運行區(qū)域外的開關和(或)變壓器類設備。c) 一個廠址上的一個或多個電廠設施:包括發(fā)電機、變壓器組及相關的開關設備和電氣輔助系統(tǒng)。不包括不同廠址發(fā)電廠之間的電氣連接設施。d) 廠礦企業(yè)或其他工業(yè)、農業(yè)、商業(yè)、公共設施的電氣系統(tǒng)。e) 海上風力發(fā)電場等海上平臺電力設施。電力設施還包括下列設備:——旋轉電機;——開關設備;——變壓器和電抗器;——換流器;——電纜;——布線系統(tǒng);——蓄電池;——電容器;——接地系統(tǒng);——封閉的電氣運行區(qū)域的建筑物與圍墻;——相關的保護、控制及輔助系統(tǒng);——大型空心電抗器。本部分不適用于下列設施的設計與安裝:——獨立設施之間的架空線路與地下電纜;——電氣化鐵路;——礦山開采設備及設施;——熒光燈設施;——IEC 60092(所有部分)規(guī)定的船上設施和GB/T 25444(所有部分)規(guī)定的海上設施;——靜電設備,如靜電除塵器和噴涂裝置;——試驗現(xiàn)場;——醫(yī)療設備,如醫(yī)用X光設備。本部分不適用于預裝式開關設備及高壓/低壓預裝式變電站內部設計。本部分不適用于帶電作業(yè)。低壓電氣設施可參照GB/T 16895執(zhí)行。
本規(guī)范適用范圍如下:制漿規(guī)模0.25Mt/a及以上,生產燃料水煤漿或氣化水煤漿的新建、改建和擴建工程設計;單臺鍋爐容量35t/h及以上,以水煤漿為燃料的新建、改建、擴建的發(fā)電、供熱工程設計。
本標準適用于新建、擴建、改建、遷建、恢復的建設工業(yè)建筑和既有工業(yè)建筑的各行業(yè)工廠或工業(yè)建筑群中的主要生產廠房、各類輔助生產建筑。本標準規(guī)定了各行業(yè)評價綠色工業(yè)建筑需要達到的共性要求。

It is essential that EPS products with a reaction to fire performance better than Euroclass F be manufactured from raw materials with a chemical composition, which is under the control of the raw material producer.This Technical Report specifies the conditions allowing reduction of the FPC frequency for testing the reaction to fire of specimens made from flame retardant EPS raw material. The preconditions are that products are manufactured solely from a specified, certified raw material, within defined density limits, and produced in the way specified by the raw material supplier. The frequency of testing the final product can be reduced in accordance with EN 13163:2008, Annex B, Table B.2 footnote to table h. It is essential that the reaction to fire performance of the raw material be labelled according to 9.2 in the certificate from an approved body (see EN 13172:2008, 5.3.3 and Annex A). The certification of the raw material relates only to products for which the reaction to fire Euroclass E according to EN 13501-1 is being claimed. The manufacturer of the EPS boards / products continues to be responsible for the FPC of the EPS boards / products.This Technical Report is in accordance with the general rules of EN 13172.

This document specifies the characteristics and performance of gypsum plasterboards intended to be used in building construction works including those intended for secondary manufacturing operations. It includes boards designed to receive either direct surface decoration or gypsum plaster.This document covers the following product performance characteristics: reaction to fire, water vapour permeability, flexural strength (breaking load), impact resistance and thermal resistance. The following performance characteristics are linked to systems assembled with plasterboards: shear strength, fire resistance, impact resistance, direct airborne sound insulation and acoustic absorption to be measured according to the corresponding European test methods. If required, tests should be done on assembled systems simulating the end use conditions.This document covers also additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and acceptance of the product by the Construction Industry and the reference tests for these characteristics. It provides for the evaluation of conformity of the product toThis document.This document does not cover plasterboards, which have been subject to any secondary manufacturing operations (e. g. insulating composite panels, plasterboards with thin lamination, etc.).
