本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了飼料原料釀酒酵母提取物的要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則、標(biāo)簽、包裝、運輸、儲存和保質(zhì)期。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于以釀酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)經(jīng)液體發(fā)酵后得到的菌體,再經(jīng)自溶或外源酶催化水解、分離細(xì)胞壁后獲得的可溶性組分濃縮或干燥得到的產(chǎn)品。
This European Standard defines general rules for the enumeration of probiotic yeasts in feed samples(additives, premixtures and feeding stuffs) that contain yeast as a single microorganism component or in amixture with other microorganisms. The standard is not applicable to mineral feeds which are defined ascomplementary feedingstuffs composed mainly of minerals and containing at least 40% crude ash (CouncilDirective 79/373/EEC) [4].There are different categories of feed samples:a) Additives which contain about 10<(UP)9> CFU/g to 10<(UP)10> CFU/g (CFU = colony forming units):b) Premixtures which contain about 10<(UP)8>CFU/g,c) Feeds, meal or pellets, which contain about 10<(UP)6> CFU/g and include complete feedingstuffs, and milkreplacers.The detection limit is as defined in EN ISO 7218.
