本標準規定了商用燃氣燃燒器具(以下簡稱燃具)的術語和定義,分類和型號,要求,試驗方法,檢驗規則,標志、警示和說明書,包裝、運輸和貯存。本標準適用于以符合GB/T 13611規定的燃氣為能源,燃燒用空氣取自室內、燃燒產物直接或間接排向室外的燃具,包括:a) 額定熱負荷不大于80 kW、蒸汽壓力不大于80 kPa,且設計正常水位水容積小于30 L的蒸汽發生器類燃具;b) 額定熱負荷不大于80 kW、蒸腔蒸汽壓力不大于500 Pa的蒸箱類燃具;c) 額定熱負荷不大于50 kW、腔體內壓力不大于80 kPa的炸爐類燃具;d) 額定熱負荷不大于50 kW的煮食爐類燃具;e) 額定熱負荷不大于80 kW、鍋口有效直徑不小于600 mm的大鍋灶類燃具;f) 額定熱負荷不大于10 kW的煲仔爐,額定熱負荷不大于50 kW的矮湯爐等平頭爐類燃具;g) 額定熱負荷不大于100 kW的常壓固定式沸水器類燃具;h) 燜飯量大于等于6L的飯鍋類燃具;i) 額定熱負荷不大于50 kW的洗碗機類燃具;j) 額定熱負荷不大于60 kW的炒灶類燃具;k) 額定熱負荷不大于50 kW的燒烤爐類燃具;l) 額定熱負荷不大于35 kW的熱板爐類燃具;m) 額定熱負荷不大于80 kW的烤箱類燃具;n) 以上產品的組合體。
本標準規定了鍋爐用液體和氣體燃料燃燒器的分類與型號編制、組成與基本配置、基本要求、性能要求、設計與制造、檢驗、試驗與檢測、技術文件與標識、包裝、運輸和貯存、安裝、調試與使用等方面的技術要求。本標準適用于鍋爐用液體和氣體燃料的強制鼓風燃燒器和自然通風燃燒器。電站鍋爐啟動燃燒器、各類工業窯爐與工業加熱爐及其他用途燃燒器可參照本標準執行。

This European Standard specifies the construction and performance characteristics as well as the requirements and methods of test for the safety and marking of freestanding and built-in domestic cooking appliances burning the combustible gases given in 4.1 according to the categories specified in 4.2, referred to in the text as \"appliances\".This European Standard covers the following types of domestic cooking appliances, as defined in Clause 3, and belonging to the classes defined in 4.3 (see Table 1): independent freestanding hotplates; independent built-in hotplates; independent hotplates and grills; table cookers; freestanding ovens; built-in ovens; freestanding or built-in grills; griddles; freestanding cookers; built-in cookers. Unless specifically excluded hereafter,This European Standard applies to these appliances or their component parts, whether or not the component parts are independent or incorporated into a single appliance, even if the other heating components of the appliance use electrical energy (e. g. combined gas-electric cookers).This European Standard includes requirements covering the electrical safety of equipment incorporated in the appliance that is associated with the use of gas. It does not include requirements covering the electrical safety of electrically-heated component parts or their associated equipment1).This European Standard does not apply to: a) outdoor appliances; b) appliances connected to a combustion products evacuation duct; c) appliances having a pyrolitic gas oven; d) appliances having covered burners which are not in conformity with the constructional requirements of 5.2.8.2.2; e) appliances incorporating flame supervision devices and having an automatic ignition device for which the duration of the ignition attempt is limited by design; f) appliances equipped with a burner that is periodically ignited and extinguished under the control of an automatic on/off device; 1) Refer to the electrical safety rules. g) appliances equipped with an oven and/or with a grill having a fan: 1) either for the supply of combustion air or for the evacuation of the products of combustion; 2) or for the circulation of the products of combustion within the compartments; h) appliances supplied at pressures greater than those defined in 7.; i) appliances having one or more burners that are capable of remote operation (type1 or type 2), unless the burner(s) concerned are thermostatically controlled oven burners of time-controlled ovens that are designed for a delayed start without the user being present; j) appliances incorporating one or more hotplate or grill burners that enable the user to program the cooking cycle, including the start and/or the end of the cycle.This European Standard does not cover the requirements relating to third family gas cylinders, their regulators and their connection.This European Standard only covers type testing.
This European Standard specifies the safety, construction and performance requirements for pressure regulators and pneumatic gas/air ratio pressure regulators (zero pressure regulators are included as a special type of pneumatic gas/air ratio pressure regulator), intended for use with gas burners, gas appliances and similar use, hereafter referred to as `pressure regulators'.This European Standard is applicable to pressure regulators with declared maximum inlet pressures up to and including 50 kPa (500 mbar) of nominal connection sizes up to and including DN 250 for use with one or more fuel gases in accordance with EN 437, pressure regulators which use auxiliary energy, pneumatic gas/air ratio pressure regulators, which function by controlling a gas outlet pressure in response to an air signal pressure, air signal differential pressure, and/or to a furnace pressure signal (zero pressure regulators are included as a special type of pneumatic gas/air ratio pressure regulator), gas/air ratio pressure regulators which change an air outlet pressure in response to a gas signal pressure or a gas signal differential pressure.This European Standard does not cover pressure regulators connected directly to gas distribution network or to a container that maintains a standard distribution pressure, pressure regulators intended for gas appliances to be installed in the open air and exposed to the environment, mechanically linked gas/air ratio controls, electronic gas/air ratio controls (EN 12067-2).
This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for the safety and efficiency of domestic gas-fired air heaters with a fan to assist the transportation of combustion air and/or combustion products, hereafter referred to as appliances.This European Standard applies to Type B12, B12AS, B12BS, B13, B13AS, B13BS, B14, B14AS, B14BS, B22, B23, B42, B42AS, B42BS, B43, B43AS, B43BS, B44, B44AS, B44BS, B52, B53, C12, C13, C32, C33, C62 and C63 appliances with an input not exceeding 70 kW (net cv basis), intended primarily for use in single unit residential dwellings. Provision of the heated air may be by means of ducting.This standard does not apply to: a) appliances of the condensing type; b) appliances for outdoor installation; c) dual purpose air conditioning appliances (heating and cooling); d) appliances where the air is heated by an intermediate fluid; e) appliances with forced draught package burners or fully premixed burners; f) appliances fitted with a manual means of adjusting the combustion air supply or the evacuation of the combustion products; g) portable or transportable forced convection appliances; h) appliances having multiple heating units with a single draught diverter; i) appliances fitted with more than one flue outlet; j) Type C22, C23, C42, C43, C52 and C53 appliances; k) appliances that are designed for continuous condensation within the flue system under normal operating conditions; l) appliances having combustion products evacuation ducts, POCEDs, that are non-metallic.This standard is applicable to appliances which are intended to be type tested. It also includes requirements concerning the evaluation of conformity, including factory production control, but these requirements only apply to POCEDs and their associated terminals.

Ces Annexes précisent également leur domaine d'application particulier respectif.

(In this standard referred to as IThE).This document deals with significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to combustion and fuel handling systems that are part of IThE as listed in Clause 4, when used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer.This European Standard covers:- fuel pipework downstream of and including the manual isolating valve;- burner(s), burner system and ignition device;- safety related control system (protective system).This European Standard applies to any oxidation with air or other gases containing free oxygen of gaseous, liquid and solid fuels or any combustion of them to release thermal energy.For thermal or catalytic post combustion and waste incineration, this European Standard applies only to auxiliary burners designed to start-up and/or support the process.The pressure hazard of piping and components covered by this standard is within the limits of maximum pressure/size relationship as described in normative Annex E.This European Standard also gives the necessary requirements for the information for use.This European Standard does not cover hazards from heating generated by electricity.This European Standard does not deal with the hazards created by the release of flammable substances from the products processed in the IThE.This European Standard is not applicable to electricity cabling and power cabling upstream of the IThE control panel/protective system.Noise can be a significant hazard for combustion and fuel handling systems.
