本標準規(guī)定了木工機床的安全技術(shù)要求。本標準適用于除木工手提機外的所有木工機床。

GB/T 19983-2005木工機床 雙頭開榫機 術(shù)語和精度

本標準規(guī)定了雙頭開榫機（以下簡稱機床）的術(shù)語，同時參照GB/T 17421.1-1998，規(guī)定了機床的幾何精度和工作精度檢驗，并給定了相應(yīng)的公差，適用于一般用途、普通精度的機床。 本標準只規(guī)定機床的精度檢驗，不適用于機床的運轉(zhuǎn)試驗（如振動、異常噪聲、零部件的爬行等檢驗）、也不適用于機床的特性檢驗（如速度、給進量等），這些檢驗一般宜在機床精度檢驗前進行。 本標準適用于ISO 7984中82.2指示的那些機床。

GB 25490-2010木工機床安全 帶移動工作臺單頭開榫機

本標準規(guī)定了在帶移動工作臺單頭開榫機上去除危險和限制風險的要求和/或措施。本標準適用于切削實木、刨花板、纖維板、膠合板和有塑料貼面或貼邊材料的機床。本標準包括與該機床有關(guān)的所有危險，詳見第4章。本標準不適用下列機床a)僅用圓鋸開榫b)任一刀軸的設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)速超過6000 r/min;c)移動工作臺進給的平均直線速度超過25±5%m/min;d)用于開榫的聯(lián)合機(見EN 940:1997);e)垂直銑刀軸上裝有開榫裝置(見GB 20007-2005)。

GB 31146-2014木工機床安全 鏈式雙頭開榫機

本標準規(guī)定了鏈式雙頭開榫機(以下簡稱機床)上去除危險和限制風險的要求和/或措施。本標準適用于切削實木、刨花板、纖維板、膠合板和有塑料、鋁合金等貼面或貼邊材料的機床。工件為機械進給。本標準不適用下列機床:a)全封閉式機床(見3.3.10);b)移動式機床(見3.3.11)。本標準不適用于以下情況帶來的危險:a)工件的機械上料部分;b)與其他機床聯(lián)合使用或者作為生產(chǎn)線的一部分;c)在機床的半部間使用刀具加工(見3.1);d)使用激光。

JB/T 11727-2013數(shù)控木（梳齒）榫開榫機電氣控制系統(tǒng) 技術(shù)條件

本標準規(guī)定了數(shù)控木(梳齒)榫開榫機電氣控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、制造和檢驗等的基本要求。本標準適用于額定電壓不超過AC 1 000 V或DC 1 500 V及額定頻率不超過200 Hz的數(shù)控木(梳齒)榫開榫機的電氣控制系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱電氣系統(tǒng))。數(shù)控單頭直榫開榫機、數(shù)控雙頭直榫開榫機、數(shù)控燕尾榫開榫機等類似機床的電氣控制系統(tǒng)可參照使用。

ISO 7988-1988木工機械 雙頭開榫機 術(shù)語和驗收條件

Specifies the nomenclature appropriate to each part of the machine (in English, French and Russian and the equivalent terms in German, Spanish, Italian ans Swedish) and the geometrical and practical tests for these tenoning machines, and gives the corresponding permissible deviations which apply to machines of general purpose use and normal accuracy. It deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the machine. It does not apply to the testing of the running of the machine nor to its characteristics which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.

GSO ISO 7988-2013木工機械雙頭開榫機術(shù)語和驗收條件

This International Standard specifies the nomenclature appropriate to each part of the machine and, with reference to ISO 230-1, the geometrical and practical tests for double-end tenoning machines, and gives the corresponding permissible deviations which apply to machines of general purpose use and normal accuracy. NOTE - In addition to terms used in the three official ISO languages (English, French and Russian), this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in the German, Spanish, Italian and Swedish languages; these are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for Germany, F.R. (DIN), Spain (AENOR), Italy (UNI) and Sweden (SIS). However, only the terms given in the official languages tan be considered as ISO terms. This International Standard deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the machine. lt does not apply to the testing of the running of the machine (vibrations, abnormal noises, stick- Slip motion of the components, etc.), nor to its characteristics (Speeds, feeds, etc.) which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.
