GB 12557-2010木工機(jī)床 安全通則

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了木工機(jī)床的安全技術(shù)要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于除木工手提機(jī)外的所有木工機(jī)床。

GB/T 19983-2005木工機(jī)床 雙頭開榫機(jī) 術(shù)語(yǔ)和精度

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了雙頭開榫機(jī)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱機(jī)床）的術(shù)語(yǔ)，同時(shí)參照GB/T 17421.1-1998，規(guī)定了機(jī)床的幾何精度和工作精度檢驗(yàn)，并給定了相應(yīng)的公差，適用于一般用途、普通精度的機(jī)床。 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)只規(guī)定機(jī)床的精度檢驗(yàn)，不適用于機(jī)床的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)（如振動(dòng)、異常噪聲、零部件的爬行等檢驗(yàn)）、也不適用于機(jī)床的特性檢驗(yàn)（如速度、給進(jìn)量等），這些檢驗(yàn)一般宜在機(jī)床精度檢驗(yàn)前進(jìn)行。 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于ISO 7984中82.2指示的那些機(jī)床。

GB 25490-2010木工機(jī)床安全 帶移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)單頭開榫機(jī)

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了在帶移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)單頭開榫機(jī)上去除危險(xiǎn)和限制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的要求和/或措施。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于切削實(shí)木、刨花板、纖維板、膠合板和有塑料貼面或貼邊材料的機(jī)床。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括與該機(jī)床有關(guān)的所有危險(xiǎn)，詳見(jiàn)第4章。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用下列機(jī)床a)僅用圓鋸開榫b)任一刀軸的設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速超過(guò)6000 r/min;c)移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)進(jìn)給的平均直線速度超過(guò)25±5%m/min;d)用于開榫的聯(lián)合機(jī)(見(jiàn)EN 940:1997);e)垂直銑刀軸上裝有開榫裝置(見(jiàn)GB 20007-2005)。

GB 31146-2014木工機(jī)床安全 鏈?zhǔn)诫p頭開榫機(jī)

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了鏈?zhǔn)诫p頭開榫機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱機(jī)床)上去除危險(xiǎn)和限制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的要求和/或措施。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于切削實(shí)木、刨花板、纖維板、膠合板和有塑料、鋁合金等貼面或貼邊材料的機(jī)床。工件為機(jī)械進(jìn)給。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用下列機(jī)床:a)全封閉式機(jī)床(見(jiàn)3.3.10);b)移動(dòng)式機(jī)床(見(jiàn)3.3.11)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于以下情況帶來(lái)的危險(xiǎn):a)工件的機(jī)械上料部分;b)與其他機(jī)床聯(lián)合使用或者作為生產(chǎn)線的一部分;c)在機(jī)床的半部間使用刀具加工(見(jiàn)3.1);d)使用激光。

JB/T 11727-2013數(shù)控木（梳齒）榫開榫機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng) 技術(shù)條件

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了數(shù)控木(梳齒)榫開榫機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、制造和檢驗(yàn)等的基本要求。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于額定電壓不超過(guò)AC 1 000 V或DC 1 500 V及額定頻率不超過(guò)200 Hz的數(shù)控木(梳齒)榫開榫機(jī)的電氣控制系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱電氣系統(tǒng))。數(shù)控單頭直榫開榫機(jī)、數(shù)控雙頭直榫開榫機(jī)、數(shù)控燕尾榫開榫機(jī)等類似機(jī)床的電氣控制系統(tǒng)可參照使用。

ISO 7988-1988木工機(jī)械 雙頭開榫機(jī) 術(shù)語(yǔ)和驗(yàn)收條件

Specifies the nomenclature appropriate to each part of the machine (in English, French and Russian and the equivalent terms in German, Spanish, Italian ans Swedish) and the geometrical and practical tests for these tenoning machines, and gives the corresponding permissible deviations which apply to machines of general purpose use and normal accuracy. It deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the machine. It does not apply to the testing of the running of the machine nor to its characteristics which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.

GSO ISO 7988-2013木工機(jī)械雙頭開榫機(jī)術(shù)語(yǔ)和驗(yàn)收條件

This International Standard specifies the nomenclature appropriate to each part of the machine and, with reference to ISO 230-1, the geometrical and practical tests for double-end tenoning machines, and gives the corresponding permissible deviations which apply to machines of general purpose use and normal accuracy. NOTE - In addition to terms used in the three official ISO languages (English, French and Russian), this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in the German, Spanish, Italian and Swedish languages; these are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for Germany, F.R. (DIN), Spain (AENOR), Italy (UNI) and Sweden (SIS). However, only the terms given in the official languages tan be considered as ISO terms. This International Standard deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the machine. lt does not apply to the testing of the running of the machine (vibrations, abnormal noises, stick- Slip motion of the components, etc.), nor to its characteristics (Speeds, feeds, etc.) which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.
