本標準規定了上海市行政區域內的居住小區、公共活動區、商業中心區、行政辦公(工業)區等范圍內的燈光布置。本標準適用于樓宇、綠地及廣場、堤岸及橋梁、河流和池塘、噴泉等水體、廣告、招牌和標識、燈光小品和雕塑、節慶彩燈等各類景觀照明的設計、安裝以及相關的管理工作。本標準不適用于上海市行政區域內的城市道路、高架道路和汽車隧道等功能性照明。
