本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了長(zhǎng)期保存于圖書館、檔案館及其他環(huán)境中文獻(xiàn)的書寫字跡、打印字跡、復(fù)印字跡耐久性和耐用性的要求與測(cè)試方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于：--文獻(xiàn)紙張上的書寫字跡、打印字跡和復(fù)印字跡；--單色字跡和多色字跡。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于：--保存在不良環(huán)境中的文獻(xiàn)字跡，如：水浸、高溫、高濕及由此而導(dǎo)致的微生物生長(zhǎng)、輻射（如光）、嚴(yán)重污染等；--法律文件，以真實(shí)性為優(yōu)先考慮因素的字跡，如：銀行文件；--攝影中涉及的照片文件；--因顏色稍有變化便會(huì)使信息內(nèi)容受到影響的文件。多色字跡的信息內(nèi)容宜被保留，但不必要保留其全部藝術(shù)品質(zhì)。

Is applicable to unprinted papers. Is not applicable to boards.
