本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了在民用飛機(jī)用電設(shè)備的研制中，應(yīng)考慮的供電電源形式以及供電電源的各種特性對用電設(shè)備的影響。規(guī)定在用電設(shè)備的研制以及機(jī)上布線中對電源瞬態(tài)的保護(hù)、干擾控制、饋電線保護(hù)、應(yīng)急供電和應(yīng)急用電設(shè)備等方面的要求。　　本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于民用飛機(jī)用電設(shè)備的研制及飛機(jī)布線的設(shè)計。對供電系統(tǒng)與用電設(shè)備的協(xié)調(diào)起指導(dǎo)作用。但應(yīng)注意協(xié)調(diào)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定與承制方由于設(shè)備的特殊性而不適用的部分。

This part of IEC 60896 applies to all stationary lead-acid cells and monobloc batteries of thevalve regulated type for float charge applications, (i.e. permanently connected to a load andto a d.c. power supply), in a static location (i.e. not generally intended to be moved from placeto place) and incorporated into stationary equipment or installed in battery rooms for use intelecom, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), utility switching, emergency power or similarapplications.The objective of this part of IEC 60896 is to specify the methods of test for all types andconstruction of valve regulated stationary lead acid cells and monobloc batteries used instandby power applications.This part of IEC 60896 does not apply to lead-acid cells and monobloc batteries used forvehicle engine starting applications (IEC 60095 series), solar photovoltaic energy systems(IEC 61427), or general purpose applications (IEC 61056 series).
