UL 1740-2007機(jī)器人和自動(dòng)設(shè)備

These requirements cover robots and robotic equipment rated 600 V or less and intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70. Since end-use installation of a robot and robotic equipment may vary for each user application, guidelines for end-product installation may be evaluated to the applicable sections of ANSI/RIA R15.06, Standard for Industrial Robots and Robot Systems-Safety Requirements. Portions of the requirements in this Standard have been excerpted from the Robotic Industries Associations (RIA) Standard for Industrial Robots and Robot Systems - Safety Requirements, ANSI/RIA R15.06. These requirements cover robotic equipment and systems intended for indoor and outdoor use in applications such as parts assembly, parts transfer, automated material handling, inspection, loading, diecasting, deburring, welding, paint spraying, clinical/diagnostic systems, pharmaceutical applications, commercial food processing, automated vehicle refueling systems, library book handling/sorting, clean room applications, medical use for surgery, mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, automated storage/retrieval systems, and the like. Unique features or functions associated with the robotic application, not specifically addressed in this Standard, shall also be evaluated to other applicable Standards/requirements. These may include, but are not limited to, Electrical Equipment for Laboratory Use; Part 1: General Requirements, UL 3101-1; Medical and Dental Equipment, UL 544; Power Operated Pumps for Petroleum Product Dispensing Systems, UL 79. In addition to the requirements in this Standard, robots and robotic systems shall also comply with the applicable sections of the Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery, ANSI/NFPA 79. Robots and robotic systems intended for use in hazardous locations, as defined by the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA 70, shall also comply with the requirements in Intrinsically Safe Apparatus and Associated Apparatus for Use in Class I, II, and III, Division 1, Hazardous (Classified) Locations, UL 913. In the following text, a requirement that applies to one type of equipment, such as a controller or teach pendant, will be identified by a specific reference. In the absence of a specific reference or if the term robot or robotic equipment is employed, it is to be understood that the requirement applies to all types of equipment covered by this Standard.

La détermination de ces quantités est nécessaire pour :- les fabricants en vue de la déclaration des valeurs d'émission sonore ;- la comparaison des valeurs d'émission sonore de familles spécifiques de machines et d'équipements ;- la réduction du bruit à la source au stade de la conception.L'emploi de ce code d'essai garantit la reproductibilité de la détermination des valeurs d'émission sonore dans les limites fixées par la classe de précision de la norme de base employée pour le mesurage. Ce code d'essai permet l'emploi de méthodes de classe 2 (expertise) et de classe 3 (contr?le).Elle comprend une partie principale donnant des spécifications générales communes aux machines de fonderie et six annexes normatives spécifiques aux familles de machines de fonderie dont la liste suit :- machines pour noyautage ;- machines pour le moulage ;- grilles de décochage et tables de décochage ;- machines de grenaillage par turbine (sans restriction au domaine de la fonderie)- machines de grenaillage par air comprimé ;- machines à coulée sous pression.Six annexes informatives donnent des informations concernant la détermination des conditions de fonctionnement spécifiques.La partie principale de ce code sert aussi de guide pour le mesurage de l'émission sonore des machines de fonderie qui ne sont pas traitées dans les annexes.

This European Standard applies to the following groups of machines:Group and secondary packaging machines and the collating systems associated with them.The individual machines are described in 3.2 of this European Standard.This European Standard deals with safety requirements for machine design, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, adjustment, maintenance and cleaning of group and secondary packaging machines.The extent to which hazards, hazardous situations and events are covered, are indicated in Clause 4.Exclusions This European Standard is not applicable to the following machines:-machines that were manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN;-strapping machines. These machines are covered by EN 415-8;-crate loaders and un-loaders for pre-formed rigid containers. These machines are covered by EN 415-2;-cartoning machines. Cartoning machines are covered by EN 415-3.This European Standard does not consider the following hazards:-use of group and secondary packaging machines in potentially explosive atmospheres;-health, safety or hygiene hazards associated with the products that may be handled by the machines, but does include general advice on this subject;-hazards that may be associated with electromagnetic emissions from group and secondary packaging machines;-hazards that may be associated with decommissioning group and secondary packaging machines.
