GB/T 19518的本部分對可能產生爆炸性氣體環境用電阻式伴熱系統的應用提出了指南,危險場所0區除外。本部分對電阻式伴熱器和關聯的監控裝置的設計、安裝、維護和修理提出了建議。本部分既不包括那些靠感應加熱、集膚效應或直接管線加熱的裝置,也不包括那些擬用于應力釋放的裝置。本部分的要求是對GB/T 19518.1—2017的補充。

This European Standard specifies methods of measurement of electrical power consumptionand the reporting of the results for a range of electrical and electronic household and officeequipment, hereafter referred to as products.This standard? addresses issues associated with measuring electrical power, in particular low power (inthe order of a few Watts or less), consumed by mains powered products,? describes in detail the requirements for testing single phase products with a rated inputvoltage in the range of 100 V a.c. to 250 V a.c. but it may, with some adaptations, also beused with three phase products,? may also be of assistance in determining the energy efficiency of products in conjunctionwith other, more specific, product standards.The value of energy consumed will depend on the operating mode of the product under test,for instance whether the equipment is in an off mode, in a standby mode or in an activemode. This standard does not specify these modes and so it is not possible to use thisstandard on its own. Instead, it provides a method of measurement with a variety of modeswhich are defined elsewhere.This standard does not? specify safety requirements,? specify minimum performance requirements,? set maximum limits on power or energy consumption,? contain limit values or procedures for verifying compliance with regulatory requirements.
This Part 2 of IEC 60825 provides requirements and specific guidance for the safe operationand maintenance of optical fibre communication systems (OFCS). In these systems opticalpower may be accessible outside the confinements of transmitting equipment or at greatdistance from the optical source.This Part 2 requires the assessment of hazard levels at accessible locations as a replacementfor classification according to IEC 60825-1. It applies to the complete installed end-to-endOFCS, including its components and subassemblies that generate or amplify optical radiation.Individual components and subassemblies that are sold only to OEM vendors for incorporationinto a complete installed end-to-end OFCS need not be assessed to this standard, since thefinal OFCS should itself be assessed according to this standard.NOTE 1 The above statement is not intended to prevent manufacturers of such components and subassembliesfrom using this standard if they wish to do so, or are required to do so by contract.This standard does not apply to optical fibre systems primarily designed to transmit opticalpower for applications such as material processing or medical treatment.In addition to the hazards resulting from laser radiation, OFCS may also give rise to otherhazards, such as fire.This standard does not address safety issues associated with explosion or fire with respect toOFCS deployed in explosive atmospheres.Throughout this part of IEC 60825, a reference to ‘laser’ is taken to include light-emittingdiodes (LEDs) and optical amplifiers.NOTE 2 The optical hazard of light emerging from a fibre is determined by the wavelength and power emergingfrom the fibre and the optical characteristics of the fibre. (See Annex A.).The objective of this Part 2 of IEC 60825 is to:– protect people from optical radiation resulting from OFCS;– provide requirements for manufacturers, installation organizations, service organizationsand operating organizations in order to establish procedures and supply information sothat proper precautions can be adopted;– ensure adequate warnings are provided to individuals regarding the potential hazardsassociated with OFCS through the use of signs, labels and instructions.Annex A gives a more detailed rationale for this part of IEC 60825.The safety of an OFCS depends to a significant degree on the characteristics of theequipment forming that system. Depending on the characteristics of the equipment, it may benecessary to mark safety relevant information on the product or include it within theinstructions for use.Where required by the level of potential hazard, it places the responsibility for the safedeployment and use of these systems on the installer or end-user / operating organization orboth. This standard places the responsibility for adherence to safety instructions duringinstallation and service operations on the installation organization and service organizationsas appropriate, and operation and maintenance functions on the end-user or Operatingorganization. It is recognised that the user of this standard may fall into one or more of theaforementioned categories of manufacturer, installation organization, end-user or operatingorganization.
