本部分規(guī)定了電工術(shù)語中電動工具的術(shù)語和定義。 本部分適用于電工技術(shù)中涉及電動工具的技術(shù)領域。
除下述條文外,第一部分的這一章適用。1.1 增加: 本部分適用于在額定能力下額定轉(zhuǎn)速不大于附件線速度80m/s的砂輪機、拋光機和盤式砂光機,包括角向的、直向的和立式的。本部分適用于額定能力不大于230mm的工具。 本部分不適用于無規(guī)則擺動式拋光機和無規(guī)則擺動式砂光機。這些產(chǎn)品包含在GB 3883.4中。
除下述條紋外,GB 3883.1-2005的這一章適用。1.1改換為;本部分適用于帶水源的、用200 mm及以下金剛石鋸片進行手持操作的石材切割機(以下簡稱切割機,見圖1)。

本標準屬于工程級測量方法,適用于各類電動工具(以下簡稱工具)在穩(wěn)定運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下的噪聲測量。 本標準規(guī)定使用A計權(quán)聲功率級的測量方法。在一個或多個反射平面(室內(nèi)或室外)內(nèi),在包絡聲源的測量表面上測量聲壓級以計算聲源聲功率級的方法,同時給出了測試環(huán)境、測量儀器的要求,以及表面聲壓及聲功率級的計算方法。聲功率級的測定結(jié)果的準確度等級為2級。 本標準不適用于具有單個脈沖以及重復率低于每秒10次的突發(fā)噪聲的工具。
GB/T 22665的本部分規(guī)定了對手持式砂輪機、拋光機和盤式砂光機在三個正交軸上測量手傳振動的一般方法,以中心頻率為8Hz~1000Hz的倍頻程測量。本部分適用于按頻率計權(quán)振動加速度評價手傳振動的方法,未規(guī)定振動限值。在工作場所條件下的人體接觸手傳振動的評估可按ISO 5349-1和ISO 5349-2進行。
本標準規(guī)定了學校健康安全的管理、計劃和設計、教學工作環(huán)境、服務、教學區(qū)域設備、工具和加工有關健康安全的通用要求。本標準適用于普通中小學校、中等職業(yè)學校。大學和相關機構(gòu)可參照執(zhí)行。
本規(guī)則適用的產(chǎn)品范圍為:用手握持操作的,裝有電源線(含帶電源箱或電動機-發(fā)電機組)并內(nèi)裝電源開關的、由電動機或由電磁鐵作動力來驅(qū)動的各類電動工具。其額定電壓大于50V但不超過440V,電源頻率為工頻或直流。本范圍不適用于中頻電動工具和防爆電動工具。
本標準規(guī)定了由電動機或電磁鐵驅(qū)動的交流單相(50Hz)和交直流額定電壓不大于250V的電力作業(yè)用手持式電動工具進貨檢驗和預防性試驗的要求。本標準適用于電力工程建設施工、運行及檢修等所用的手持式電動工具進貨檢驗和預防性試驗。

This part of ISO 28927 specifies a laboratory method for measuring hand-transmitted vibration emission at the handles of hand-held power-driven angle and vertical grinders. It is a type-test procedure for establishing the magnitude of vibration in the gripping areas of a machine fitted with a specified test wheel and run under no-load conditions. The method has been established for surface grinding tasks only. Cutting and sanding generally create lower vibrations. It is intended that the results be used to compare different models of the same type of machine.
This part of ISO 28927 specifies a laboratory method for measuring hand-transmitted vibration emission at thehandles of hand-held, power-driven, portable polishers and rotary, orbital and random orbital sanders used forsurface-finishing processes, not for material removal. It is a type-test procedure for establishing the magnitudeof vibration in the gripping areas of a machine when operating under type-test conditions. It is intended thatthe results be used to compare different models of the same type of machine.
This European Standard is applicable to the following coated abrasive products and a combination of coated and non-woven abrasive products: flap wheels, flap discs, vulcanised fibre discs and spindle mounted flap wheels. It also applies to back-up pads for vulcanised fibre discs. These products are manufactured using the following abrasive grains: aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, diamond, or CBN. This European Standard specifies requirements and/or measures for removal or reduction of hazards resulting from the design and application of the coated abrasive products and clamping devices. This European Standard also contains procedures and tests for verification of compliance with the requirements as well as safety information for use, which is to be made available to the user by the manufacturer. The hazards taken into consideration are listed in Clause 4 of this standard. This European Standard does not apply to abrasive products entirely of non-woven web.
This part of ISO 11148 specifies safety requirements for hand-held non-electric power tools (hereinafter "grinders") intended for grinding and cutting-off with abrasive products,for use on all kinds of materials. The grinders can be powered by compressed air or hydraulic fluid and are intended to be used by one operator and supported by the operator's hand or hands,with or without a suspension,e.g. a balancer.
This standard applies to nonelectric, handheld power tools intended to be used in operation by one person using one or both hands, where the weight of the power tools is supported by the operator or by a harness or suspended e. g. by a balancer. The power tools are driven by rotary or linear motors powered by compressed air, hydraulic fluid, gaseous or liquid fuel or stored energy (e. g. by a spring). Electrically driven tools are not included. The standard lists the significant hazards caused by handheld power tools.
